Masterproject - Streetologie of Eindhoven & Hasselt
For this project, I developed a system in which a city can be displayed in its own form. I developed several general construction elements, which can be used for the construction of other cities. A difference is made between houses for living and social or economic properties. The way in which these general elements are placed can create or break the rhythm, strengthen uniformity or differences. The identity of a city can be displayed without changing the general elements. Every city has off course iconic buildings, those are speciale made.

The system applied to Hasselt
Ultimately, the cities of Eindhoven and Hasselt will be compared. Due to historical, social, economic and social differences, the two cities will be quite different but the basic elements will be the same.
